Prestwick Post Office is calling on the support of the local community amidst a raft of closures around the country.
Post Office stores have been shutting across the UK, with the New Prestwick Post Office closing just last month.
Now the business, which employs seven people in the store, is urging South Ayrshire locals to get behind them to ensure they are not the next to close.
A spokesperson said: "With so many branches closing every day, we need your support to stay on your local Main Street.
"We are self employed who employ seven local people in your community and we can’t/won't survive without you!
"Most of us have a shop that subsidises the Post Office."
